Rescuing an extensively damaged Series 1 E-type
Our customer bought a Series 1 4.2 E-type coupe which had been off the road since the 1970s. The car had some obvious extensive rust outs and on initial viewing the car looked like it required new floors, door skins, sills and some repair work to the rear quarter wheel arches.
A family affair – 1963 Jaguar Mk 2 3.8 manual
This Jaguar Mk 2 was brought to us by the son of the previous owner. Our client had a strong emotional attachment to the vehicle as he remembered journeys in the car with his father and of him rebuilding the engine on their front drive before he died.
Bringing an American classic up to standard – 1964 Ford Thunder Bird
This stunning powder blue coloured Ford Thunder Bird was brought to us for an engine bay re-paint. The car was in a good condition and still retained its original paint inside and out but inevitably over the years the engine bay paint had cracked and crazed.
Creating the perfect Lotus Cortina shell – 1967 Series 2 Lotus Cortina
Our client had raced his Lotus Cortina when he lived in New Zealand in the 1980s. On his return to the UK the car been stored a long period awaiting restoration. He wanted to carry out the mechanical and interior restoration of the vehicle himself but came to us to repair the shell and paint it with the famous Lotus Ford green stripe.
Bare metal re-spray to exact original colours – Rover 95
This amazing Rover 95 was brought to us for a complete respray. The car was in a fantastic survivor condition and had been worked and well cared for by its owner. Whilst the paint was in excellent condition it did have areas of fading and some damage.

Our client had bought a Jaguar XK150 that was mechanically sound but let down by its paint and interior. The car had been recently been poorly repainted and once we stripped the car to bare metal in our workshops it was clear that the car would need some fabrication and body repair.

Our client managed to obtain this incredibly rare 1962 works Rally car and began a restoration. Long believed lost and with another car in Germany claiming to be the original 5VC its discovery and continued restoration is major story in the world of vintage Triumphs.

In 1978 production of the Beetle ended in Germany. To mark the occasion, the final run of 300 cars produced for the United Kingdom were released as a special edition – called the ‘Last Edition Beetles’.

Bringing a Bel-Air back to a show standard – Chevrolet Bel Air 1965
Our client brought us a very rare 2 door Bel-Air for a repaint. The car had been re-painted in 2008 in America but when we examined the paint closely, we could see that there was pin-heading and defects on all surfaces.
Returning a Daimler to its 1970s glory – Daimler Sovereign
This stunning 1972 Daimler Sovereign in a quintessentially 1970s chocolate brown colour with a pale green interior was bought from new by our client’s father.
Giving a Jaguar a double colour change – Series 3 E-type
This series 3 E-type left the factory painted in the stunning colour Regency Red with a tan interior. At some point the car’s exterior was changed to black. We were asked by our client to return the car to its original exterior colour and to change the interior colour.
