Free reign on an E-type – Series 2 Jaguar E-type

Our customer bought a restoration project from the US.

The car was in need of an extensive restoration and had no history. This gave our customer a free reign to in terms of colour combinations and spec.

By chance we had just finished an MGA which we had painted in the classic Jaguar of opalescent gunmetal grey which is a magical metallic silver colour. Our customer fell in love with the colour and we convinced him to pair it with a red leather interior.

The car had extensive fabrication repairs along with new front frames, the engine was rebuilt and our trimmer crafted a wonderful interior in leather.

The Result

It’s not a car for someone who loves originality but we think it’s a truly stunning E-Type that turns heads wherever it goes.
